Beach Education Day 2019

On behalf of Te Kauru and Te Manga, I would like to thank you for this amazing opportunity to go snorkeling at Whatuwhiwhi.
The shimmer of my day was seeing all the different types of fish and having a staring competition with the blue eyed squids. Obviously they won because I had to go up for air!!! I'm sure they were cheating though they would have had tiny gas tanks behind their backs or they just breathe water, either way CHEATS!!!
Once again I would like to say a big thank you for teaching us about marine reserves.

Great story Leah, That was a fantastic day to go snorkelling, I thought the squid were spectacular as well. Cant wait to read more posts.
